Cheers to man's best friend! Whether you have a dog, cat, bunny or turtle we all love our pets! Shine the spot light on your pet by featuring them in their very own canvas painting! BYOB and your (human) friends, or come solo to create with us!
What: Paint Your Pet workshop! Your choice - pick one of your favorite pets to feature (or up to 2 pets in one painting), and a canvas size to paint on.
When: Tuesday, May 14th, 5:30-8:30pm. PRE-REGISTER by MAY 5th to allow enough processing time for your custom tracer.
Where: 3408 W US-10, Ludington, MI 49431. Additional event parking located in the back of the building, and you can enter through our teal classroom door!
Cost: Prices start at $45 per person, with a 9x12 canvas. You can upgrade to an 11x14 for $55. One additional pet can be added in the photo for +$10. A picture of your pet will need to be submitted upon registration so we can determine what colors you will need to paint them with! When you purchase your event ticket you will receive an email confirmation, please reply to that with your pet image. We will use this image to create a tracer with the outline of your pet to help with accuracy of the image.
No prior artistic experience needed, although it's helpful to have basic understanding of paint colors, textures, etc. All supplies to paint your canvas will be provided and you'll be guided step-by-step through the process!
Our events are always BYOB, so even though we cannot provide adult beverages if you'd like to bring something to drink or snack on you are more than welcome to!
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS: If the image submitted does not meet the necessary requirements listed below it may be rejected, you will be asked to send in an alternate image.
Clear and unobstructed outline of your animal.
-Your animal will be painted as they appear in the picture (IE: if your dog has a bone in their mouth, the bone will be included)
-The background will be painted as a solid color of your choosing.
-ONE pet will be painted per canvas. An additional $10 fee can be added if you would like to include a second animal in your painting.
-Pet may be sitting, standing or laying down as long as the image is CLEAR and WELL-LIT.
-Images need to be sent to info@faireheart.com immediately after registration.
Please wear clothes that are comfortable and appropriate for painting..these events can get a little messy and wet paint will stain clothing. (Aprons are provided) At the end of the night you'll have a beautiful replica of your pet to hang in your home!
